I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had fine views of the beach. The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the friendly staff made everything easy. I loved the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable living space. Can't wait to return!

everything was perfect during 4 days, enjoyed its great and beautiful location right by the centre and beachfront, restaurant and a bowling club which was very clean and modern. the room was spacious with exceptionally comfortable beds as requested. the services were exceptional, offered us great free wi-fi. the pool was nice too.

A Nice Stay!

I was eager to explore the Hastings River and chose Sandcastle for its fantastic location. Not only was I just minutes away from the river, but I was also pleasantly surprised by the free WiFi. The apartment featured a lovely seating and dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures!

Awesome location in other activities, and the rooms were spotless and neat. Location: the hotel was next to restaurants, and beaches and restaurants...

The full kitchen was a significant advantage, especially since we had just come from the observatory where cooking facilities were lacking. It was equipped with an oven, cutlery, and power points conveniently placed at toddler head level, making it easy and safe for my kids to be included in family meals.

I did notice a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection;

Appreciated this boutique hotel: DECENT food and obliging and really kind staff. I was offered a room with excellent views over to the beach. Everything was great, yet a few employees were impolite. The breakfast was great and there were lots of options.

We had a lovely Christmas stay! The apartment was super spacious with amazing views that made our mornings special. It was located just a short stroll to the beach and nearby cafes, which was perfect for those lazy beach days. The big kitchen made cooking holiday meals so much easier, and having clean, comfortable beds at the end of the day was a real plus!

We were pretty put off by all the annoying rules everywhere. It felt like we were walking on eggshells the entire time, and the open bathroom design was just awkward – zero privacy! Plus, having to haul our rubbish down to the 'garbage room' was such an inconvenience for what we paid. Just really dampened the whole experience, honestly.

We had a fantastic experience at sandcastle. the spacious three-bedroom apartment offered stunning ocean views and a lovely deck to unwind. the staff welcomed us warmly and provided a thorough overview of the facilities, which made our stay enjoyable. the location is ideal, with easy access to restaurants and scenic coastal walkways. we appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the convenience of being close to the finish line of the ironman event.

The secure lift access provided convenience, and the location right next to the town beach made it a perfect getaway. I also liked how my room was situated in the middle of the living/kitchen area, separated by opaque glass, adding a modern touch to the space.

I encountered a minor inconvenience with the concertina door for the bedroom; it was off the runners and wouldn’t stay shut, which impacted my privacy.

Oh mate, Sandcastle is a gem! 🌊 the view of Town Beach is like living in a postcard, and that corner apartment with its big balcony is perfect for sipping a cold one. Plus, the staff—like Jen—were top-notch, making us feel right at home.

The location here is amazing being right on the walking tracks to town and the lighthouse, the staff are friendly, and the views are great, making it a fantastic experience overall.
